Fox Compare is a tool to compare Visual FoxPro forms (.scx files) and class libraries (.vcx files). It works by creating two text files (one for each file chosen), extracting all the properties and methods out of the file, alphabetizing them and placing the file on disk. Then is will call your Diff tool of choice using these two files as arguments.

The result should be an easy to read difference in plain text.

It does not provide a means for merging changes - only for reviewing them. Well at least not yet.

To run this, you must have the Visual FoxPro runtime libraries installed. It is assumed that you have them or else why would you be wanting to review version changes in FoxPro source code? If you need a runtime installer, you can get them here:
